J. HARDY ANDREWS

Mr. Andrews received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Trust and Wealth Management, with a minor in financial planning, from Campbell University in 2011, and graduated from the University of Mississippi School of Law in 2015.  After graduation, Mr. Andrews began practicing law in Mississippi, focusing his practice on the areas of municipal law and regulation, business organization and litigation, banking law and regulation, as well as other areas of civil practice. He joined Foley & Judell in 2019.
 
Mr. Andrews has experience in various aspects of public finance practice, focusing on the representation of political subdivisions in capital projects, including P3 projects.  He has lectured at the Louisiana School Superintendent’s Academy
