Mr. Jarreau received a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics, with minors in finance and political science, from Millsaps College in 2018. He graduated magna cum laude from the Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center in 2021, where he was Senior Editor of the Louisiana Law Review, Volume 81. Prior to joining Foley & Judell, Mr. Jarreau practiced corporate and commercial law where he represented both public and private companies and institutional investors.
Mr. Jarreau has experience in various aspects of public finance practice, focusing on the representation of political subdivisions in capital projects.
