Ms. Trosclair received her B.S. in Finance magna cum laude from Louisiana State University in 2017, where she also minored in Political Science. She graduated from Tulane University Law School in 2020 with a certificate in Civil Law, where she received the Paul Morphy, Jr. Memorial Award and the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for obtaining the highest grade in Real Estate Transactions.
Ms. Trosclair began working in public finance as a law clerk for Foley & Judell in June 2018 and continued working for the Firm throughout her time in law school. In 2019, Ms. Trosclair was selected by the National Association of Bond Lawyers as a Frederic L. Ballard, Jr. Memorial Scholar, which gave her the opportunity to attend NABL U’s The Essentials Seminar as a law student. She began working for Foley & Judell full-time as an associate attorney following her law school graduation in 2020. Since joining the Firm, Ms. Trosclair has gained experience in various aspects of public finance, assisting on bond issues for the State of Louisiana, the City of New Orleans, and various 501(c)(3) borrowers, which include university and healthcare systems as well as charter schools across the State. She is also involved in reviewing and revising the State Bond Commission's and Division of Administration's disclosure policies as well as reviewing and discussing management contracts and other post-issuance tax compliance matters with various clients.
Ms. Trosclair is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the National Association of Bond Lawyers and Women in Public Finance.
